Best Traits to Target
Immortal
S+ Tier+200% DMG, -15% CD, +20% RNG, +25% Income
Secret jackpot trait (placement limit 1). It also instantly kills non-boss enemies after Wave 10, knocks back and slows others, and restores base power.
Ascendant
S+ Tier+35% Boss DMG, +10% DMG, +10% RNG
Best-in-slot Mythic for boss-heavy stages thanks to its massive +35% Boss Damage. Great on Madaro and Cursed Lover.
Overseer
S+ Tier+20% DMG, -5% CD, +10% RNG
The premier general DPS Mythic; attacks deal bonus True Damage equal to 30% of damage dealt.
Trait Reroll Economy & Reserve Slot Strategy
1. Priority Carries First
Never spend Trait Rerolls on starter or rare units. Save your rerolls exclusively for S+ Secret carries (Madaro, Valcrad) or farm units (Bluma).
2. Exploit the 2-Trait Slot
Each unit stores 2 traits. If you roll an A-tier trait (like Warrior or Range), lock it in Slot 2 as a safety net before hunting for Immortal in Slot 1.
3. Support Synergy
For Bluma (Farm), target Scholar (+20% Income) or Overseer (Range). Extra income traits compound across all 20+ waves in Infinite mode.
Every Trait, Ranked
Rerolls drop from Anime Origins codes and quests, so check those before you start rolling.
Immortal
Secret
The jackpot trait. After Wave 10 it instantly kills nearby non-boss enemies, knocks back and slows others, and restores base power. Only one unit per team can roll it.
Ascendant
Mythic
Fantastic boss-killing trait thanks to its massive +35% Boss Damage, ideal for raid and boss-heavy stages.
Overseer
Mythic
The premier general DPS Mythic. Its attacks also deal bonus True Damage equal to 30% of the damage dealt.
Rupture
Mythic
Best-in-class for crit-friendly units; huge offensive upside on high-attack-speed carries.
Stride
Mythic
Attacks build Tempo (-2% Cooldown per stack, up to -20%); at max stacks gains +10% Range. Strong on fast attackers.
Decay
Mythic
Best for Bleed, Burn, or Poison units that rely on damage-over-time, boosting both their ticks and attack speed.
Ace
Legendary
Best general-purpose Legendary; a great stopping point if you don't want to chase a Mythic.
Head Hunter
Epic
Budget Rupture. Remarkably strong on crit-friendly units despite being only Epic rarity.
Fury III
Epic
Reliable early offensive roll; use until you can chase Mythics and Legendaries.
Haste III
Epic
A strong universal Epic. More attacks means more DPS and more status procs.
Hustler
Mythic
Economy trait. Only worth keeping on a dedicated money-making unit.
Hawkeye
Legendary
Lets a unit cover more of the track; decent on units that benefit from reach.
Scholar
Legendary
Excellent for progression while grinding unit levels, not for combat.
Fury II
Rare
A simple Damage boost worth keeping early on before higher-tier options appear.
Haste II
Rare
Faster attacks at Rare rarity; a solid filler while you build your roster.
Reach III
Epic
Good coverage on hill and ground units that want to hit more of the path.
Nimble
Legendary
Large Cooldown reduction for rapid-firing units and status applicators.
Looting
Legendary
Economy boost for dedicated farming units in longer modes.
Fury I
Rare
Small Damage bump; the lowest of the Fury line and easy to outgrow.
Haste I
Rare
Minor Cooldown reduction, quickly outpaced by Haste II and III.
Reach II
Rare
A modest Range boost worth keeping early on, below Reach III.
Joker
Mythic
Each wave every stat is randomly modified by 0% to 25%; the randomness makes it unreliable for consistent performance.
Reach I
Rare
The weakest Range trait; reroll it whenever you can.
